About the role

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and assist with execution on initiatives
  • Coordinate efforts between engineering teams, product managers, and data teams
  • Ensure on-time and in-scope delivery of a group's initiatives
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and roadmaps for small to medium engineering initiatives
  • Serve as a technical liaison, resolving blockers and promoting transparency
  • Coordinate technical initiatives not included on formal product roadmaps
  • Apply knowledge of web development technologies to support teams
  • Work independently and improve complex systems' coherence and efficiency

  • Balance technical understanding with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Support planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects
  • Serve as a technical liaison

  • Track and analyze KPIs
  • Apply knowledge of web development technologies (Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript, React, Node, Remix)
  • Operate effectively in multi-team engineering environments (front-end and back-end)
  • Use project management tools (ProductBoard, Jira, Asana)
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Analyze unstructured or incomplete data
  • Work independently with curiosity and drive
  • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
  • Familiarity with infrastructure providers (AWS, Snowflake, Gitlab, Gitlab pipelines) preferred
