About the role
- Respond to and qualify Inbound Leads as the first point of contact for Spanish and Italian-speaking customers in Europe.
- Promptly engage with inbound leads via email, phone, and live chat to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate product/service value proposition and guide prospects through initial buying stages.
- Collaborate with sales to book high-quality product demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness and leverage marketing materials.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Handle inbound leads specifically for the Spanish and Italian markets.
Requirements
- Previous inbound/outbound sales experience; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and Italian, and experience working with customers in either language.
- Excellent lead qualification and engagement skills.
- Experience managing a high volume of inbound leads and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement tools to manage lead flow and track engagement is essential.
- Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be physically based within Europe.
