About the role
- Research and target potential customers, generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit, and schedule qualified sales meetings.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track interactions, and leverage tools to optimise outreach efforts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve your approach.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales (preferred).
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- A highly self-motivated and resilient mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the sales field.
