Design System Designer (Fixed-term Contract)

We're looking for a highly creative and well-organized Senior Creative Designer to join our team.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our visual communications, bringing fresh ideas, and elevating our brand across all platforms.
Design Excellence: Produce high-quality, visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital assets (social media graphics, email campaigns, website elements), print collateral (brochures, presentations), and advertisements as well as booth designs.
Brand Stewardship: Champion and maintain the consistency of our company's visual identity and brand guidelines across all channels and materials, ensuring strong brand recognition and impact.
Creative Innovation: Actively explore and integrate new design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our marketing materials fresh, engaging, and cutting-edge.
AI Integration & Guidance: Identify, propose, and implement innovative ways to integrate AI tools and techniques into our design workflows to improve efficiency, creativity, and output. Provide clear instructions and best practices to the team on using AI effectively.
Workflow Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline design processes and enhance productivity, proactively suggesting and implementing improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and other relevant teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
Project Management: Independently manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to brand standards, and exceptional quality.
Mentorship & Support: Share your expertise with the team, offering constructive feedback and guidance on design best practices and AI applications, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies, particularly in the realm of AI, to ensure our design solutions remain competitive and relevant.

Senior Creative Designer

Solutions Engineer

• Drive healthy adoption, net retention, and reduce churn.
• Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, understand adoption patterns, and provide insights to enhance the customer experience.
• Act as a technical point of contact for low-touch customers when escalations require clarification, deeper product expertise, or group sessions.
• Advocate for customers and develop strong relationships to ensure adoption of PVcase products.
• Consult with customers throughout the customer lifecycle to understand their business and strategic goals, ensuring ongoing value in PVcase’s products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional PVcase teams, including Sales, Product, Customer Education, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Partner with Support and Product teams to ensure recurring technical questions are captured and solved in scalable assets.
• Surface opportunities for expansion or cross-sell based on technical usage signals.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of scalable digital solutions that proactively address customer needs.
