Technical Account Manager

• Own the technical relationship with our LATAM customers as they move throughout their PVcase journey, beginning with Onboarding and Implementation.
• Utilize product domain expertise to serve as a trusted technical advisor and resource for customers.
• Manage a book of customers, acting as the primary point of contact for technical-related questions and coordination of issue management and problem resolution.
• Partner with the Customer Success Management team, who are responsible for driving strategic and commercial value to the customer.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption.
• Drive healthy Adoption, Net Retention, and Churn targets.
• Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, understand adoption patterns, and provide insights to enhance the customer experience.
• Present Executive Business Reviews alongside the Customer Success Manager, focusing on value realization and identifying areas of opportunities.
• Advocate for customers and develop strong relationships to ensure adoption of PVcase products.
• Consult with customers throughout the customer lifecycle to understand their business and strategic goals, ensuring ongoing value in PVcase’s products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional PVcase teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Provide customer feedback to PVcase Product Management and Engineering teams, to help identify pain points and relay feature requests.

Technical Account Manager – LATAM

Accountant

• Own daily execution of the group’s accounts payable process, including vendor bills, reimbursements, business trip expenses, advance invoices, credit memos, and payment preparation.
• Review AP transactions for completeness and accuracy, including vendor details, GL accounts, cost centers, products, projects, tax codes, amortization rules, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure invoices and reimbursements are processed through Payhawk and exported to NetSuite accurately and on time.
• Ensure AP transactions contain sufficient information for fixed asset identification and capitalization assessment, and escalate potential fixed asset items in line with the fixed asset process.
• Initiate vendor creation and maintain vendor master data in line with vendor management procedures, including review of duplicate vendors, payment details, and required supporting information.
• Monitor vendor detail changes, ensure proper verification and approval, and escalate potential vendor master data or payment risks where required.
• Manage AP-related queries from vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely, clear, and structured communication.
• Identify AP process exceptions, missing information, approval delays, and recurring issues, and escalate them in line with defined escalation rules.
• Prepare weekly AP payment runs for fully approved and reviewed transactions, ensuring payment details match vendor records, supporting documentation, and approval requirements before payment execution or authorization.
• Review and process employee reimbursements, per diems, mileage claims, and business trip-related expenses in line with internal policies and approval requirements.
• Own AP-side control over business trip expenses and Navan financial flows, including review of supporting documentation, dimensions, invoice flows, syncs into Payhawk / NetSuite, and resolution of mismatches.
• Monitor Payhawk balances and coordinate required funding to ensure timely settlement of approved AP transactions.
• Maintain AP-related business trip process accuracy in Navan, including master data, syncs, invoice flows, and alignment with Payhawk and NetSuite.
• Review overdue approvals, unresolved AP items, export errors, and recurring process issues, and escalate where required.
• Support improvements to AP workflows, approval logic, stakeholder guidance, and system usage to reduce manual work and recurring errors.
• Prepare and validate AP-related month-end close inputs, including completeness of vendor bills, unsubmitted transactions, advance invoice matching, credit memo processing, open AP items, and expense cut-off.
• Identify recurring AP issues and suggest improvements to the Head of Transactional Accounting.

AP Accountant

Accounting Manager

• Lead the group’s procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, ensuring timely, accurate, controlled, and consistent execution across all entities.
• Manage and develop the AP Accountant and O2C Accountant, including setting expectations, reviewing performance, providing feedback, and ensuring accountability for assigned responsibilities.
• Define and maintain clear process ownership, handoffs, escalation rules, checklists, and documentation across AP and O2C processes.
• Act as the main escalation point for complex AP/O2C issues, recurring process exceptions, and cross-functional blockers.
• Own end-to-end O2C process governance, including sales order review, billing, credit memos, client master data, receivables management, credit control, collections, and related controls.
• Ensure O2C processing is governed by signed agreements, internal procedures, billing rules, and accounting requirements.
• Ensure effective control over data flows between Salesforce, NetSuite, contracts, billing records, and customer balances, including timely identification and escalation of discrepancies.
• Ensure O2C processes provide complete and accurate inputs for revenue recognition, deferred revenue, AR reconciliations, withholding tax treatment, credit loss assessment, tax reporting, audit, and month-end close.
• Own end-to-end AP process governance, including vendor management, invoice processing, reimbursements, business trip expenses, advance invoices, credit memos, payments, and related controls.
• Ensure AP transaction processing is governed by clear policies, approval requirements, accounting dimensions, tax treatment, and supporting documentation standards.
• Oversee systems (e.g. Payhawk, Navan) process governance, including approval workflows, master data quality, overdue approval escalation, export issue resolution, and recurring process bottlenecks.
• Ensure AP-related month-end close readiness, including completeness of vendor bills, unsubmitted transactions, accrual inputs, advance invoice matching, open AP items, and expense cut-off.
• Review and challenge transactional accounting outputs to identify errors, control gaps, aging issues, unreconciled items, and recurring process failures before they impact close, reporting, tax, audit, or stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Assistant Controller, GL Accountant, FP&A, Tax, Payroll, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, external service providers, and auditors to resolve transactional accounting issues.
• Maintain and improve AP/O2C SOPs, billing guidelines, credit control procedures, vendor management procedures, payment process documentation, checklists, and stakeholder guidance.
• Own AP/O2C process improvement roadmap, including KPI monitoring, recurring issue reduction, automation opportunities, system workflow improvements, and clearer stakeholder self-service guidance.
• Own review and escalation of complex AP/O2C matters, including non-standard billing, credit memos, write-offs, withholding tax, payment matching differences, expense cut-off, AP accrual completeness, deferred revenue inputs, revenue-related reconciliations, and credit loss indicators.

Head of Transactional Accounting

Community Manager

• Lead the strategy, design, and launch of PVcase’s customer community platform from the ground up.
• Develop and execute an engagement plan to drive community adoption, activity, and long-term growth.
• Partner with Customer Success, Customer Enablement, Support, and Marketing to align community goals with broader customer engagement and advocacy initiatives.
• Curate, moderate, and manage daily community interactions to ensure relevance, accuracy, and tone consistency.
• Create and publish engaging community-focused content such as discussion prompts, customer stories, polls, and event highlights that foster collaboration and peer-to-peer connection.
• Develop programs to recognize and amplify customer advocates and top contributors.
