People Business Partner – GTM
PVcasePeople Business Partner for Go-to-Market driving global growth strategies, collaborating with leaders to align people strategy with revenue targets and market expansion goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert HR guidance to Leaders, translating complex business requirements into effective people solutions.
- Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives to ensure our global org design models are optimized for delivery.
- Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle, from high-standard performance management and calibration to identifying our next generation leaders.
- Analyze people metrics and trends to provide actionable insights that influence executive decision-making.
- Support managers with complex casework and employee relation issues, ensuring a fair, empathetic, and compliant approach across our global jurisdictions.
- Lead the people-side of organizational change, ensuring our teams remain engaged and aligned during pivots or growth phases.
- Act as the "voice of the employee" by analyzing global engagement survey data (CultureAmp) and partnering with E&P managers to build and execute action plans that improve retention and team morale.
- Work hand-in-hand with the People Operations and legal team to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle and provide the "human context" for payroll, benefits, and compliance changes.
- Partner closely with People Excellence, People Ops, and Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to streamline our "Remote-First" ecosystem to ensure every touchpoint provides a world-class experience for our GTM organization.
- Actively promote our values and use them in your daily work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- You speak the language of revenue (quotas, pipelines, and OTE) and understand the rhythm of the fiscal quarter.
- Experience managing remote/international teams and a firm grasp of global labor standards.
- Familiarity with global hiring platforms like Deel is a major plus as we expand into new territories.
- A natural ability to coach high-energy sales and marketing managers into world-class people leaders who balance "the number" with healthy team culture.
- You thrive in the fast-paced "turbulence" of a scaling GTM org and can help teams navigate pivots in market strategy with clarity and calm.
- You love data and use it to build a case for your recommendations—whether it’s analyzing turnover in sales pods or optimizing incentive structures.
- You handle sensitive employee relations and high-stakes performance management with high emotional intelligence and unwavering ethics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex HR metrics into a compelling narrative.
- The professional courage to challenge the status quo and the diplomacy to influence strong personalities.
- Exceptional skills with a focus on results. You can navigate the "grey areas" of a competitive market to find effective, creative paths forward for our people.
