• Partnership with distributors to promote Holman products
• Discuss and connect the respective SME for other Holman services
• Capture revenue growth, enhance profitability and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction for assigned territory
• Identify and qualify new prospects for potential sales
• Work closely with the assigned Customer Service Representative to ensure customer expectations are being met
• Document prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce
• Develop strong relationships and team selling approach with the other Holman sales teams
• Assist in the development of procedural and process improvements

• Responsible for maintaining overall relationship and communication with TRC Command Center, Operations Supervisors and Managers
• Responsible for delivering training sessions in adherence to schedule; on-time and within budget
• Works closely with peers in TRC Operations, FMS, IT and Performance Excellence to ensure smooth, compliant operation of ARI’s Maintenance and Accident Management programs
• Maintains Training Library and ensures that TRC-SOPs are reviewed and updated annually
