Customer Success Manager

• Serve as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success lead, spending multiple days per week onsite at assigned client locations.
• Own post-sale delivery: workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption across nursing and clinical operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams, acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner.
• Lead product implementations, focusing on aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes.
• Train nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions, ensuring ongoing adoption and measurable, sustained success.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes using AI tools, particularly in bedside care and broader healthcare operations.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and addressing operational concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and engineering to relay client feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and improve user experiences.
• Establish and track metrics to measure success, including patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies—present results to client and internal stakeholders.
• Travel extensively to healthcare facilities for onsite support and training, and participate in strategic in-office sessions in Palo Alto.
• Collaborate with client leadership teams to share best practices from AI implementation, including presenting at conferences/webinars on the impact of AI in Nursing and Health System Operations.

Customer Success Executive

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Executives.
• Serve as the executive point of contact for major health system clients.
• Lead enterprise implementations of Hippocratic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Define, track, and communicate client success metrics.
• Guide change management strategies.
• Codify best practices for onboarding and training.
• Represent Hippocratic AI at conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
• Support future team growth by mentoring junior team members and contributing to hiring and onboarding.

Director of Customer Success

Architect

• Serve as a technical lead on client engagements, guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization.
• Act as the bridge between our engineering team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.
• Rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet client needs.
• Own the technical deployment lifecycle including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to ensure hands-on success and strong relationships.

Agent Deployment Architect

• In alignment with health system leadership, define, track and communicate client success metrics that measure clinical, operational, and financial impact
• Guide change management strategies and influence adoption across complex health system environments
• Codify best practices for onboarding, training, and workflow integration, setting the foundation for a repeatable, scalable CS model
• Represent Hippocratic AI at conferences, webinars, and industry forums positioning the company as a trusted partner in healthcare AI innovation
• Support future team growth by mentoring junior team members and contributing to hiring and onboarding new Customer Success Executives

• Drive the integration and deployment of advanced AI agents as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems
• Partner with customers to analyze and document their operational workflows
• Define, document, and drive the technical architecture required to connect solutions with client EHR systems, CRMs, and other relevant platforms
• Design, customize, and deploy modular, scalable AI agents that align with the customer’s unique needs
• Lead and manage the technical post-sale implementation process
• Work closely with engineering, product, machine learning, clinical, and sales teams to develop solutions
