About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own enterprise commercial relationships with major biotech, medtech, and pharmaceutical companies
  • Drive strategic sales cycles for AI patient engagement solutions
  • Develop target account lists and qualified VP/C-suite pipeline
  • Advance and close complex enterprise deals
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through close and implementation alignment
  • Build ROI frameworks and business cases demonstrating patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial impact
  • Partner with Product, Clinical, ML, and GTM teams to identify use cases and execute enterprise implementations
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and disciplined sales management
  • Represent Hippocratic AI at industry conferences, executive briefings, and key forums
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level executives
  • Develop a repeatable sales methodology tailored to the assigned segment
  • Achieve or exceed revenue quota and shape AI deployment across life sciences companies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of professional enterprise sales experience
  • 5+ years selling into biotech, medtech, pharma, or related enterprise healthcare/life sciences accounts
  • Proven track record closing large enterprise deals ($500K–$2M+ ACV)
  • Quota-carrying history at ~$3M+ ARR per year
  • Experience selling complex solutions such as consulting, SaaS, or AI/ML
  • Ability to structure creative solutions, align multiple stakeholders, and design bespoke solutions
  • Ability to navigate C-suite and executive relationships
  • Ability to own accounts from cold outreach through close and operate independently
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to translate between business and clinical contexts
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes
  • Mission alignment and intellectual curiosity about healthcare AI
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of the position
  • Able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA, 5 days per week for 8 hours a day
