About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own provider use case deployments end-to-end from contract signature to go-live
  • Serve as primary project lead for provider implementation engagements and drive accountability to timeline and quality
  • Build and maintain Implementation Charters documenting timelines, configuration decisions, data requirements, go-live checklists, and sign-off criteria
  • Configure dialers, agents, population filters, exclusion rules, call cadence, routing logic, and workflow integrations
  • Coordinate with health system data and IT teams to define, validate, and onboard patient data files and EHR integrations
  • Manage data requirements, compliance, technical connectivity, data quality, and seamless integration
  • Project-manage clinical operations, patient care management, IT, EHR administration, and departmental leadership stakeholders
  • Design agents that fit clinical workflows and drive measurable outcomes across provider use cases
  • Define and refine HAI’s standard provider platform onboarding process, including the initial integration, base data pipeline, patient data schema, and EHR connections
  • Build and maintain the HAI implementation playbook with reusable templates, checklists, and best practices
  • Hand off deployments to Customer Success at go-live with complete documentation, clinical workflow diagrams, and configuration details
  • Travel to client sites for deployments, stakeholder meetings, clinical workflow mapping, and go-live support
  • Periodically travel to the Palo Alto headquarters for team alignment, playbook refinement, and strategic planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience working specifically with health systems, health networks, digital health providers, or provider-focused healthcare organizations
  • Deep fluency in health system and provider operations and workflows, including patient and clinical data flows, EHR workflows, and care delivery processes
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments with 60–120 day timelines
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams to go-live
  • Hands-on experience with provider IT environments and vendor onboarding processes, including security questionnaires, BAA requirements, EHR integrations, and care management platform connections
  • Strong project management and process documentation skills
  • Preferred: Background at healthcare SaaS companies serving providers or healthcare IT consulting experience with provider clients
  • Preferred: Familiarity with EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, and Athena
  • Preferred: Experience with voice AI, outbound patient engagement platforms, dialers, or telephony configuration
  • Preferred: Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, state regulations, and quality reporting
  • Preferred: Track record of scaling implementation processes across multiple health systems or provider networks
  • Preferred: Understanding of clinical workflows and ability to translate clinical requirements into technical use case design
