Based on estimates for Highland customer with large fleet Summary: The Regional Service Manager provides project management and maintenance support for Highland’s asset management objectives. This role is responsible for providing direct oversight of maintenance activities requiring expertise in administering internal and external maintenance schemes for electric vehicles and chargers. Further, this position will assist in global initiatives including project management, equipment allocation, standard operating procedure development, best practice implementation, equipment specifications standardization, and auditing. With Highland facing significant growth, the position must be willing to adapt to different geographical areas (including different time zones) requiring management of staff and vendors, while supporting the proliferation of long-term maintenance strategy.

Requirements

  • College degree or 7+ years of relevant Fleet experience 5 years maintenance management experience, preferably in a multi-site environment 5 years of fleet Supervisor experience in a Diesel Shop with Medium to Heavy duty fleets ASE Master Certification preferred Basic understanding of electric vehicle maintenance requirements Experience managing vendors and service level agreements Electric vehicle or charger repair experience preferred Experience with local applicable DOT compliance of Medium to Heavy duty fleet Must be computer proficient and have experience with computerized diagnostics Experience with maintenance budgeting and modeling Experience with Microsoft office products, Telematics, and Enterprise Asset Management software
