About the role
- Reports To: CMO/Marketing Lead
- Develop and own Herbal Goodness’ marketing analytics strategy end-to-end
- Use AI/ML tools to forecast demand, predict churn, and personalize customer journeys
- Monitor and optimize core KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, repeat purchase rates
- Partner with SEO and content teams to ensure analytics inform organic growth initiatives
- Conduct technical SEO audits and maintain strong site health (crawlability, structured data, site speed)
- Build clear, actionable dashboards for leadership and growth teams
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Transform data into a competitive advantage and drive AI-powered decision-making across marketing and growth teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, or similar roles (eCommerce/CPG/wellness preferred)
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, GA4, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or customer journey automation
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for leadership
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
