Lead and grow a high-performing marketing analytics team focused on cross-channel digital marketing performance and long-term KPIs (LTV, MMM, CPA)
Oversee implementation of scalable data systems and analytics infrastructure in partnership with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams
Define and execute roadmap for AI-enhanced analytics and autonomous agents for insight generation, dashboard interaction, and stakeholder Q&A
Champion a culture of data literacy and self-service through AI-driven interfaces and insights
Drive creation and evolution of scalable, intuitive dashboards and scorecards in platforms like Ninjacat or equivalent BI tools
Serve as thought partner to digital marketing leads (Paid Search, Paid Social, Retention, SEO/GEOAEO) to align data solutions with campaign goals
Own development and standardization of marketing KPIs and consistent reporting frameworks
Translate raw data into compelling, actionable stories for technical and non-technical audiences, including executive presentations
Develop and lead a scalable community of practice to accelerate safe and distributed adoption of agentic capabilities
Champion GenAI and agentic literacy through education, frameworks, and cultural transformation initiatives
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support agentic delivery models (LLM prompt frameworks, data summarization tools, natural-language interfaces)
Continuously assess gaps in analytics capabilities, data quality, and process scalability and drive solutions to elevate team impact
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or data strategy
2–3 years in a people leadership or senior role
Deep familiarity with digital marketing performance metrics and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SA360)
Demonstrated experience with BI tools (e.g., Ninjacat, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Proficiency in SQL
Experience deploying or integrating AI/LLM-powered tools or agents (e.g., prompt engineering, narrative generation, insight summarization)
Proven track record of delivering insights that influence marketing or business strategy at scale
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with marketing, data engineering, and executive teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
Prior experience in a retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel marketing environment
Exposure to advanced analytics techniques such as attribution modeling, MMM, or predictive segmentation
