Own the global digital growth strategy across SEO, SEM, paid social/retargeting, CRO, and experimentation to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
Own and optimize the inbound funnel end-to-end: web/landing pages, content offers, HubSpot scoring/routing, and SDR SLAs to lift MQL→SQL conversion and velocity.
Build always-on performance measurement: define KPIs, attribution, CAC/ROAS, and dashboards (e.g., GA4/BI); reallocate budgets by channel/region based on impact.
Lead AI initiatives, automations, and AIO to improve discovery, personalization, and conversion; apply technical SEO and structured data to boost AI-era and traditional search visibility.
Manage website health and multilingual SEO (technical hygiene, schema/JSON‑LD, internal linking, localization quality) to increase organic quality and conversion.
Partner with Demand Gen, Content & Comms, Events, Sales, and RevOps; manage agencies/vendors with clear targets and performance cadence.
Requirements
6–10 years in B2B growth/demand gen with global scope; fintech/payments or B2B tech experience is a plus.
Deep, hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, landing-page CRO, and analytics, with a strong experimentation mindset and shipped wins.
Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, tag managers, SEO suites, A/B testing platforms, BI (Looker/Tableau), and modern CMS.
Strong attribution and cohort analysis chops; able to build single-source-of-truth reporting and translate insights into budget and roadmap decisions.
Experience leading agencies and cross-functional workstreams; clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
