About the role

  • Lead and manage the B2B marketing analytics/technical team, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the discovery of deep, localized insights from granular data to drive targeted initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as a strategic partner in cross-functional forums with the Sales team, ensuring strong alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives to accelerate the pipeline.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports on demand generation and growth KPIs, providing actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Define and unify B2B marketing funnel concepts (e.g., Traffic, Lead, MQL, Opportunities, Cost per Lead) to measure performance and its impact on revenue growth.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and reports, applying data governance best practices to ensure data integrity.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Salesforce) to support the B2B marketing funnel.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights for campaign optimization, multi-touch attribution modeling, and other B2B initiatives to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Lead the B2B data budget and planning cycle, partnering with global business leaders to define targets and with the Data Strategy team on forecasting methodology.
  • Promote wellbeing and a supportive environment consistent with the company's mission.

Requirements

  • Previous relevant years of progressive experience in marketing or overall analytics within a B2B SaaS environment, with experience in a leadership/management role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Solid grasp of the B2B lead-to-revenue funnel, including key metrics, lead scoring, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), web analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude), and the MarTech ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to influence strategy through data storytelling.
  • Strong leadership, proactivity, and the talent to translate complex data into compelling insights for diverse audiences.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with AI use cases in B2B problems and AI/ML models.
  • Prior experience in marketing analytics within a B2B SaaS environment, managing and leading teams and advanced English are mandatory requirements.
