About the role

  • Maximize sales performance and efficiency through strategy and process optimization.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, improve team performance, and increase market share.
  • Analyze sales data and performance to identify improvements and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs; create regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
  • Work with channel partners to collect, aggregate and report sales trace and POS data.
  • Conduct sales analysis and reporting to identify and prescribe account-specific opportunities and actions.
  • Use storytelling with data to present findings and influence stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, sales methodologies, and market trends.
  • Lead and manage teams; apply project management to data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Corporate Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Advanced data analytics skills with three years’ experience programming in Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data analytics, CRM platforms, and corporate sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM and customer lifecycle analytics.
  • Industry experience in B2B, chemical, janitorial/sanitation, or similar verticals is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Project management skills with demonstrated success in managing data-driven initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Behavioral capabilities: Analytical Thinking, Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Communication, Negotiation & Influence, Results Orientation.
