About the role
- Manage the Outside North America Dealer Sales (ONDS) Customer Excellence function.
- Manage the order process and quality customer service.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
- Organize and prioritize overall objectives for the department.
- Develop recommendations on improvements in current procedures and policies.
- Partner with regional sales teams and supply chain for order handling.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; first-level manager.
- Excellent knowledge of JDE, Siebel, Salesforce, Data Warehouse, and MS Office applications.
- Excellent knowledge of Customer Service policies and procedures.
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently.
- Consistently demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build morale and motivate stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
