Assess state health department needs on HIV/AIDS care and treatment programming issues
Lead our technical assistance (TA) response to those needs
Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis related to HIV and viral hepatitis care and treatment programs and develop recommendations to guide TA activities
Collaboratively develop, design, and deliver tools, resources, training, and consultation in response to requests from governmental HIV programs and their state Medicaid partners
Represent NASTAD and its positions at meetings, briefings, and consultations related to state health department HIV care programs
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience working with cross-functional teams
At least 2 years of experience working with Medicaid and/or other surveillance data systems (i.e. eHARS, PRISM, MAVEN, etc.)
At least 2 years of experience working on governmental public health program teams within Ryan White, ADAP, HIV surveillance, or Medicaid units.
