Requirements

  • 10+ years of dynamic sales experience, ideally within the healthcare, benefits, or SaaS sectors, with a proven history of exceeding expectations.
  • A powerful track record of not just meeting but demolishing annual net new revenue quotas, showcasing your exceptional drive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Unwavering personal accountability, demonstrating exceptional follow-through, and a commitment to excellence that inspires those around you.
  • Experience excelling in high-growth environments, where your adaptability and proactive leadership will shine.
  • The ability to articulate a compelling vision, clearly communicating Hello Heart's unique value and differentiators in a fast-paced, competitive arena.

  • Experience in cultivating fruitful relationships with employee benefits consultants and brokers, expanding Hello Heart's reach and influence.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and mentor your team effectively.
