Lead the event program strategy in alignment with pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer/partner engagement goals.
Manage the day-to-day of the annual events budget, making data-driven recommendations to ensure a strong ROI.
Collaborate with the Director of Event Marketing and cross-functional leaders to define event narratives, select key themes, and secure speaker participation.
Maintain and communicate an integrated events calendar and strategy across the organization.
Lead the full lifecycle of assigned events, from initial ideation and goal setting to post-event analysis.
Direct the execution of all pre- and post-event campaigns, including email, social, and nurture workflows.
Leverage AI for registration matching, tailoring content, suggesting titles and communications, post-event analysis, and recommended follow-ups.
Manage event logistics including vendor negotiation, contracts, booth design, collateral, and on-site coordination.
Ensure event activities delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to KPIs.
Act as event primary point of contact for sales and revenue operations, ensuring smooth lead handoff and reporting.
Develop and deliver event toolkits, talking points, and enablement assets for sales and stakeholders.
Track and report on event performance including registrations, engagement, pipeline, and ROI.
Requirements
Experience: 5-7 years of related experience in marketing, events, or communications
Strategic Leader: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy
