  • Manage the day-to-day of the annual events budget, making data-driven recommendations to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with the Director of Event Marketing and cross-functional leaders to define event narratives, select key themes, and secure speaker participation.
  • Maintain and communicate an integrated events calendar and strategy across the organization.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of assigned events, from initial ideation and goal setting to post-event analysis.
  • Direct the execution of all pre- and post-event campaigns (email, social, nurture workflows), ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with goals.

  • Manage all event logistics, including vendor negotiation, contracts, booth design, branded collateral, and on-site staff coordination. Leverage AI to analyze proposals, contracts and potential cost savings or advantageous terms in negotiations.

  • Support up to 25% travel for key events.
  • Track and report on event performance, including registrations, engagement, pipeline, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights, AI-powered tools and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future events for maximum impact.
