Manager

• Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded
• Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental
• The role will require ad hoc travel to properties with the sales manager spending multiple days on property (70%), as well as days where the sales manager will work remotely from a home office (30%)
• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication
• Achieve or exceed Sales Goals related to sales transactions and Lead closure rates
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current, and potential clients
• Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented
• Coordinate various departments’ participation in servicing accounts
• Respond to inbound Lead Flow quickly and efficiently to close new business within set time parameters
• Detail Banquet and Catering events accurately in proposal, contract, and sales systems whilst ensuring all stakeholders are aware of details and changes
• Monitor group room blocks and pick up, generate detailed resumes for the operating departments, as needed
• Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
• Prepare information for, meet with, and entertain clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from that account
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to all departments in the hotel to ensure high quality of service to customers
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
• Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports, and file maintenance
• Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training, and other sales-related meetings as required
• Attend trade shows, community events, and industry meetings.

Catering & Convention Services Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for Accounting, financial reporting and controllership functions for assigned hotels
• Timely preparation and issuance of complete and accurate monthly and annual hotel financial statements
• Creates and/or reviews annual budgets, monthly variance analyses, and related budget-creation policies and procedures
• Assists in the establishment, documentation, and adherence to Accounting Policies and Procedures and internal controls for centralized accounting operations
• Monitors hotel operations, cash flow and operating forecasts of assigned entities
• Reviews or prepares monthly bank reconciliations and G/L reconciliations for assigned hotel properties
• Communicates with hotel and corporate management on accounting related issues as required
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Director of Finance

Digital Marketing

• Build and execute integrated marketing plans that support all revenue segments, including Transient, Group, BT, meetings, weddings, F&B, and experiential offerings.
• Ensure each property’s brand voice, positioning, and content remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
• Improve direct booking share through continuous optimization of website, paid media, metasearch, SEO, email/CRM, and social channels.
• Partner with Revenue Management to activate targeted campaigns addressing demand shifts, pace needs, and compression opportunities.
• Act as a key partner to GMs, DOSMs, revenue teams, and ownership groups; participate in commercial calls, planning sessions, and business reviews.
• Support sales initiatives through segment-specific campaigns, BT visibility strategies, group lead-generation initiatives, and event-driven marketing.
• Oversee creative, media, SEO, social, and PR partner execution, ensuring consistency with HEI standards and strong ROI.
• Manage asset development including photography, videography, and brand collateral.
• Monitor KPIs across channels and segments, providing monthly reporting with insights, trends, and actionable optimizations.
• Provide forward-looking recommendations to maximize revenue, enhance visibility, and strengthen competitive positioning.
