• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of hotels

Enterprise Director of Revenue Management

Manager

• Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded
• Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts and maintaining relationships with existing accounts
• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication
• Achieve or exceed Sales Goals related to sales transactions and Lead closure rates
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current and potential clients
• Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented
• Coordinate various departments’ participation in servicing accounts
• Respond to inbound Lead Flow quickly and efficiently to close new business within set time parameters
• Detail Banquet and Catering events accurately in proposal, contract and sales systems
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation of operations
• Monitor group room blocks and pick up, generate detailed resumes for the operating departments
• Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
• Prepare information for, meet with and entertain clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from that account
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to all departments in the hotel to ensure high quality of service to customers
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
• Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance
• Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required

Catering & Convention Services Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist Director of Finance in directing the financial activities of the hotel
• Safeguarding the assets, and preparing all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Perform all accounting functions in the event assistance is needed
• Effectively schedule, monitor, and evaluate controllable departmental expenditures
• Establish and monitor scheduling of all accounting associates
• Assist in Producing Financial Statements within designated time frame
• Manage and oversee all Accounts Receivable functions
• Assist Director of Finance with the Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

Associate Director of Finance

Human Resources

• Support the successful onboarding and integration of newly acquired or transitioned hotels.
• Serve as the internal Human Resources liaison between corporate HR and hotel leadership.
• Collect and monitor follow-up on HR due diligence documentation.
• Coordinate and validate job mapping and Workday transition imports.
• Organize onboarding sessions and conduct audits of census data.
• Recruit for non-executive positions and validate tax tasks.
• Partner with the Benefits team to ensure accurate associate data entry.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

Human Resources Manager

Payroll

• Oversee and manage the successful weekly/biweekly processing of several multi-state payrolls
• Provides support and training on payroll software and time keeping systems to Hotel staff
• Ensures that weekly/biweekly payrolls are processed accurately and timely
• Trains and assists properties with the payroll process and weekly approvals
• Processes off cycle checks, reversals and voids
• Audits and reconciles payroll data
• Performs Ad hoc reporting as necessary
• Performs any other job related duties as assigned

Temporary Payroll Specialist

Digital Marketing

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in online performance and presence
• Identify, test, and scale new digital acquisition channels
• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms
• Monitor budgets, optimize ad performance, and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI)
• Generate and communicate analytic reports
• Oversee and enhance the hotel's search engine optimization (SEO) efforts
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies
• Ensure our hotel's websites remain visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically optimized
• Attend Corporate, Brand and ownership meetings as requested in support of digital strategy and projects

Enterprise Director – Digital Marketing

• The role will require ad hoc travel to properties with the sales manager spending multiple days on property (70%), as well as days where the sales manager will work remotely from a home office (30%)
