About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of hotels
- Drive revenue optimization, commercial performance, and talent development across the organization
- Partner closely with Regional Vice Presidents, General Managers, Directors of Revenue Management, Sales leaders, and ownership groups
- Ensure consistent execution of revenue management best practices
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend strategies to improve revenue and profitability
- Conduct regular business reviews and quarterly performance evaluations to assess hotel performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, including multi-property responsibility preferred
- Previous experience as a Director of Revenue Management with at least two major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or similar) strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, pricing strategies, inventory controls, forecasting, and distribution
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies
