• Compensation & Benefits: The expected base pay range for this position is $84,320 - $124,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.

• As a Payer Partnerships Lead, you will support our continued growth with strategic partners in 2025 and beyond, working cross-functionally to ensure ongoing success in strategic health plan partnerships and to deepen external payer relationships to identify new product opportunities and drive partnership alignment.
• You will manage long-term health plan partnerships, navigate contract strategy and renegotiations, and lead market analysis to shape strategy.
