About the role
- Play an integral role scaling Headway’s product marketing function for Care Partnerships (health systems)
- Report directly to Headway’s Senior Manager, Product Marketing
- Become an expert on care partnerships products, market, competitive landscape, and customers
- Own positioning and messaging (including personas) to elevate marketing and sales motions
- Lead product launches, coordinating with product management, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, sales, CX, and ops
- Create and deploy strategic sales trainings and assets to empower sales to position and sell commercial products
- Act as a key voice of the customer internally and drive marketing campaigns and new product releases
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in health tech with B2B2C/Enterprise focus
- Strong track record of driving quantifiable results
- Empathetic and relationship-obsessed with internal collaborators and customers
- Ability to develop product positioning, messaging, and personas
- Experience leading product launches and cross-functional collaboration (product, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, sales, CX, ops)
- Experience creating and deploying strategic sales trainings and enablement assets
- Comfortable in high-autonomy, fast-changing environments
