• As a Sr. Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to create structure out of chaos, to architect, test, and operationalize solutions through building data workflows and processes that will deliver real-world impact from day one to hundreds of thousands of patients and Providers around the country.
• What you’ll do at Headway: Design and build foundations for a variety of initiatives within the Operations function, drive scalable products and processes, lead cross-functional efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Compensation & Benefits: The expected base pay range for this position is $84,320 - $124,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
