- Launch new care partners and set them up for long-term success
- Build and grow relationships with care partners (health systems, medical clinics, and strategic partners) and their leadership
- Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Product, and Operations to deliver insights informing product and operations strategy
- Deepen external partner relationships and identify opportunities for deeper partnership

Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in Customer Success or strategic customer-facing roles
- Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
- Relationship builder with ability to forge meaningful bonds across all organizational levels
- Thrives in ambiguity and able to dive into unfamiliar challenges, drive outcomes, and shape strategy
- Operationally excellent; able to manage multiple high-impact customers and large volumes of moving pieces
- Seeks an environment fostering individual growth through open-feedback and high-autonomy
- Motivated by improving access to mental healthcare
