Develop and execute strategic plans with every distributor partner in the state
Build strong relationships with multiple key distributor personnel, from senior leadership to sales rep, to increase execution in market including distribution, displays, awareness and programming
Set and communicate sales goals, track performance, and collaborate with distributor partners
Perform monthly meetings with distributor partners providing them with brand updates, priority focus items and collaborating on execution plans
Foster long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth
Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
Optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing based on trends and economic factors
Analyze sales data and provide insights on demand, trends, and competition
Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and calling directly on alcohol distributors. Retailer/account management only does not qualify for position.
Minimum 3 years experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred
Minimum 2 years of managing a medium to small team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong data and financial analysis skills using Excel and Google Sheets
Strong presentation skill using Powerpoint and Google Slides
Superior judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong work ethic and team player
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
