• Own the go-to-market strategy for your product area: positioning, messaging, and launch execution that drives awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
• Partner closely with Product to deeply understand the roadmap, translate features into buyer value, and shape how we bring new releases to market.
• Arm the sales team with what they need to win: battlecards, one-pagers, ROI frameworks, objection handling, competitive intelligence, and demo narratives.
• Plan and execute product launches end-to-end — from internal enablement through to external communications, campaigns, and analyst engagement.
• Produce high-quality collateral that resonates with enterprise security leaders, from technical content through to executive-level messaging.
• Become the voice of the customer: gather insights from win/loss analysis, buyer interviews, and community feedback to sharpen our positioning.
• Collaborate with demand generation, content, and field marketing to ensure product marketing feeds integrated campaigns.
• Track and report on the impact of your GTM efforts, iterating based on data and feedback.

Product Marketing Manager

• Identify and research target agencies aligned to HTB’s Federal ICP (DoD, DHS, DOJ, Treasury, Intelligence Community, etc.)
• Map agency buying centers (CIO, CISO, Cyber Workforce Leads, Training Command, SOC Leadership)
• Navigate contract vehicles (GSA, SEWP, IDIQs, primes/subs)
• Engage in compliant outbound activity aligned to Federal acquisition cycles

Revenue Operations

• Collaborate, design, and own the global revenue enablement strategy across Sales, CS, SE, and Partnerships.
• Embed cybersecurity industry knowledge into onboarding, continuous training, and deal execution.
• Standardise enterprise and federal selling motions, including MEDDPICC qualification and deal reviews.
• Reduce ramp time for new hires across revenue roles through structured onboarding and certification.
• Improve win rates and deal quality by enabling teams to navigate complex buying committees and procurement cycles.
• Partner with RevOps to connect enablement initiatives to pipeline, conversion, ASP, and retention metrics.
• Enable multi-year and expansion motions by strengthening value articulation and customer outcomes selling.

Revenue Enablement Director

Account Executive

• Expand the client roster of Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 accounts across the United States and Canada.
• Expand existing relationships with high-value existing customers AND secure new enterprise clients, armed with self-generated leads
• Collaborate with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Marketing team.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• New Business Development. Find or create new logo opportunities and grow a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs as well as to map out the existing market landscape and industry trends
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

• Receive and handle billing-related issues and queries from customers, primarily in a B2C environment
• Investigate and resolve billing incidents by reviewing and analyzing data across multiple internal systems

• Track billing issues and incidents, following up as needed until full resolution is achieved

• Monitor and maintain installed systems and infrastructure within the team's scope
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Work closely with content developers to support them from an infrastructure perspective
• Troubleshoot complex problems on critical infrastructure & production networks

• Research on new technologies to improve the quality of our systems

Customer Success Manager

• Drive engagement along the Hack The Box journey with public sector clients.
• Execute outcomes from success criteria for the world’s largest enterprises, universities and governmental organizations.
• Build and nurture relationships of trust with Exec / senior stakeholders and HTB power users / admins.
• Analyze usage data to identify trends and potential issues, often utilizing analytics tools (e.g. Tableau).
• Timely address customer inquiries.
• Proactively identify and address risks to customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Schedule and conduct regular check-in meetings with customers.
• Maintain accurate and up to date notes on customer health in internal tools (e.g. Hubspot, ChurnZero, etc).
• Gather actionable feedback from customers for product improvement.
• Communicate the benefits a customer gains from utilizing HTB and how HTB addresses a business challenge.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
