Business Development Rep

• Build the B2B sales pipeline through market research to discover potential business clients
• Initiate contact and qualify leads via calls, messages, and emails
• Collaborate with AEs and the sales team to develop and execute BDR campaigns
• Work with Marketing to execute lead generation strategies and schedule appointments for sales

Business Development Representative

Analytics Engineer

• Gather business requirements through deep business conversations and design end-to-end analytics solutions
• Develop, monitor, maintain, optimise and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data
• Build and optimise data models (using Python, SQL, dbt or similar tools) to support reporting and analysis
• Implement data quality checks and validation routines to maintain data integrity
• Contribute to large projects such as migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Document data models, data transformations, and business logic for transparency and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, product, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs
• Assist in implementing automations for routine tasks and data operations to streamline workflows

• Process and manage vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy
• Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting related to accounts payable
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries
• Maintain and update vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation for payments

Customer Success Manager

• Drive engagement along the Hack The Box journey with public sector clients.
• Execute outcomes from success criteria for the world’s largest enterprises, universities and governmental organizations.
• Become their trusted partner and assure a great user experience leading to long lasting relationships.
• Guiding new customers through their customer journey process efficiently
• Building and nurturing relationships of trust with Exec / senior stakeholders (e.g. buyer) and HTB power users / admins
• Analyzing usage data to identify trends and potential issues, often utilizing analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Timely addressing of customer inquiries
• Proactively identifying and addressing risks to customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure seamless customer experiences
• Scheduling and conducting regular check-in meetings with customers
• Maintaining accurate and up to date notes on customer health in internal tools (e.g. Hubspot, ChurnZero, etc)

• The core mission of the Sr Director, Product Marketing will shape and own HTB’s market narrative, driving how our products (B2B & B2C) are positioned, launched, and adopted across industries and buyer segments. This role blends strategy with execution, ensuring our story resonates with CISOs, practitioners, and security leaders while enabling our go-to-market teams to win consistently. Success means building a category-defining presence in continuous cyber upskilling, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
• Location & Work Mode: USA (Strong preference on the East Coast, or Central US) / UK; Fully Remote
• The fellowship you’ll be joining: You’ll report directly to the SVP of Marketing and collaborate daily with leaders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Community, and Brand.
