About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use data to prove the ROI of our cybersecurity training platform
Navigate complex datasets using SQL to uncover training impacts
Present insights to executive level stakeholders
Partner with Federal agency stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven success plans
Use SQL and Python to extract and shape large datasets
Build interactive Looker/Tableau dashboards and presentations
Run deep-dive analysis on user behavior and simulation logs
Maintain rigorous data hygiene by auditing the flow of training telemetry
Participate in Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and discuss client’s progress

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert-level SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases
Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis.
Mastery of Looker, or other visualization tools
High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling).
Customer success metrics: churn, adoption, engagement funnels, and learning outcomes.
Industry context: EdTech or cybersecurity exposure a plus.
