About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Empower Content Engineering team by providing reliable, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in enhancing and simplifying systems, services, and tools for cloud labs.
- Focus on infrastructure automation, observability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain production services, improve platform reliability, and support observability initiatives.
- Collaborate with fellow SREs on operational excellence efforts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Experience operating and supporting workloads in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong scripting and automation skills, ideally in Go but open for Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational troubleshooting in production environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and developer enablement practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
