• Create and execute the go-to-market plan for timing solutions in industrial & automation applications, including TSN, PTP/IEEE 1588, NTP, GNSS-resilient timing, and OT/IT network synchronization.
• Open new doors through direct customer engagement, partner collaboration, industry events, installed-base analysis, and disciplined prospecting.
• Represent ST4D in front of customers, partners, trade shows, workshops, and industry events with confidence, technical credibility, and a clear value proposition.
• Lead customer conversations that connect ST4D timing solutions to what customers really care about: reliability, accuracy, security, uptime, and operational continuity.
• Bring market intelligence back to the business by tracking customer needs, competitors, procurement drivers, and trends in industrial automation.

Sales Manager – Industrial & Automation

• Working closely with other Software Test Engineers and Software Developers designing both automated and manual tests on the latest GPS-based and alternative PNT equipment and software
• Testing new products, new features and software releases to ensure products meet the highest standards and specifications.
• Developing with testing tools such as Robot Framework & Selenium using Python
• Support the integration and triage of CI/CD scripts using Jenkins.
• Working cross-functionally with product-owners to understand their needs to develop tests to resolve their problems.
• Create and maintain traceability between test cases and requirements.
• Participating in daily SCRUM/Kanban meetings
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Working in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams toward common goals

• You will have responsibility for seeking and engaging new business opportunities mainly in Space (through ESA, national delegations and companies in this segment), Aerospace (avionics, drones, and other vehicles), large scientific facilities (such as particle accelerators or radioastronomy) and Defense at an international level leveraging also other contacts and international network of Safran Electronics and Defense group.
• As a key member of our Research & Technology and Programs teams: You will facilitate our engagement in national/ international business opportunities contributing to the company growth.
• You will increase market penetration by understanding the competitive market landscape, how and where Safran Electronics & Defense technology can be of use.
• You will promote and lead long-term commercial partnerships with key customers and partnerships in Aerospace, Defense and Science programs.
• You will work on identifying/qualifying/pursuing business opportunities aligned with the company technologies.
• You will collaborate on project proposals from a business development perspective, providing ad hoc support as required.
