About the role
- Sell our product to companies in the SMB segment across Romania.
- Develop and implement proactive strategy to identify new sales opportunities and grow opportunity funnel.
- Gain in-depth understanding of value proposition and benefits 7card generates for organizations and users.
- Pipeline Management: Own your prospect portfolio and demonstrate initiative and expertise expected from a sales professional.
- Sales Narrative: Prepare persuasive proposals and comprehensive case studies to influence prospects to adopt 7card.
- Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve product and market knowledge.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for wellbeing and colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume B2B sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong ability to influence decision-makers and present tailored solution benefits to each prospect.
- University degree completed.
- Native Romanian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, relationship-building, active listening, and persuasive communication.
- Ambitious and confident; comfortable navigating challenging conversations with prospects.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and skilled at organizing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in B2B sales and fluency in both Romanian and English are mandatory requirements.
