About the role

  • Develop persuasive and customized proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses for prospective clients.
  • Craft narratives that connect data, visuals, and business needs into a cohesive story for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align proposal strategy with client needs, goals, and decision-making criteria.
  • Maintain and update a library of sales enablement materials and templates.
  • Support end-to-end proposal lifecycle: intake, drafting, review, submission, and post-submission follow-ups.
  • Analyze win/loss trends and continuously improve proposal quality and strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Event Operations, Product, Marketing) to gather accurate, up-to-date proposal input.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in proposal development, sales support, or marketing—preferably in a B2B or mission-driven environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and time management abilities; comfortable working on tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Slides (for pitch decks), Docs (for RFPs), and Sheets (for impact and performance data).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and proposal platforms (e.g., PandaDoc, Qwilr, or similar) is a plus.
  • Passion for social impact and a genuine desire to help companies do good in the world.
