Requirements
6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, focused on the U.S. enterprise market. 2+ years leading or mentoring a sales team (preferably remote or distributed).
Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals (90–120 day cycles).
Experience selling into HR tech, recruiting, or AI SaaS environments strongly preferred.
Proficiency with modern sales stacks — CRM, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar.
Strong AI literacy and ability to position technology solutions effectively.
Excellent English communication skills and comfort selling to U.S. executives.
