About the role
- Own new business acquisition: Lead full-cycle sales with U.S. enterprise clients (RPOs, staffing firms, and high-volume hiring organizations).
- Build and refine our sales playbook: Define ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy for enterprise segments.
- Lead and develop a team: Recruit, train, and performance-manage SDRs and AEs based in Buenos Aires and across LatAm.
- Drive operational excellence: Oversee CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product to align client feedback, roadmap, and delivery.
- Leverage modern GTM tools: Use Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Octopus, and our internal CRM to execute data-driven outreach.
- Experiment and optimize: Continuously test new channels, automation tools, and engagement strategies to improve conversions and shorten sales cycles.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, focused on the U.S. enterprise market. 2+ years leading or mentoring a sales team (preferably remote or distributed).
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals (90–120 day cycles).
- Experience selling into HR tech, recruiting, or AI SaaS environments strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with modern sales stacks — CRM, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar.
- Strong AI literacy and ability to position technology solutions effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills and comfort selling to U.S. executives.
- A startup builder mindset — resourceful, analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
