About the role
- Manage and nurture existing referral and channel partners, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day partner support and updates.
- Conduct regular check-ins and identify opportunities for partners to grow their engagement.
- Ensure partners have the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to represent Keep effectively.
- Track partner performance metrics and referral outcomes to assess effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date partner information and documentation in CRM tools.
- Identify inactive or underperforming partners and create reactivation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless referral handoffs and reporting accuracy.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align on campaigns, incentives, and communications.
- Surface insights and feedback from partners that can inform Keep’s product and GTM strategy.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and recommend strategic additions to the program.
- Maintain clear visibility into all partner activities and communications.
- Create and refine templates, playbooks, and processes to streamline partner engagement.
- Continuously look for ways to improve how we manage and measure partner relationships.
