About the role

  • Drive strategic growth by building and expanding commercial partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with new partners
  • Manage various partner accounts; understand partners' capabilities and strategize to grow the relationship
  • Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing partners to broaden scope of services
  • Maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations; attend conferences and industry events
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans; analyze partnership performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value and manage key accounts

Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably at a technology company
  • Experience in payments or other financial systems (plus)
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager / Business Development / Partnership Manager
  • Proven success partnering and working cross-functionally
  • Willingness and ability to take smart risks based on solid strategy and deep customer understanding
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level
  • Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Able to travel internationally
  • Technical knowledge of payments (plus)
