Supply Chain

• Primary responsibilities initially will be day-to-day technical support of warehouse management systems and automation control systems
• Identifies potential issues, recommend solutions, escalate to appropriate level, seeks advice and guidance from within/external to organization
• Secondary responsibilities include assisting with design & implementation of WMS/OM/B2B system solutions including process/system design, system & data set-up and configuration, user training, testing, go-live support, and continuous improvement
• Works through all phases of the SDLC including, but not limited to, leading focus groups and workshops to discuss requirements, articulate business processes and creating business requirement documents that meet the strategic needs of the supply chain initiatives
• Analyzes customer and business partner requirements to understand and apply systems implementation concepts and principles to effectively implement and support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and transportation systems
• Participate in integration meetings with clients to determine system requirements and specifications relative to integration mapping and product configuration
• Translates client/business requirements into system requirements, technical specifications, and logical data mappings for integration
• Partners with technical subject matter experts to develop the detailed technical process flow, business, architecture, integration requirements, and decision points for business systems solutions (WMS, OMS, B2B integration, etc...)

• Consolidate, track, trend and report on operational data derived from multiple data points
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports and other presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Provide tools to operations management and process managers to detect problem areas in real time; take timely action when problems occur
• Develop tools, reports, techniques and/or assist with implementing reporting systems for operational support, including ensuring reporting consistency and standardized formatting, creating professional presentations, and documenting processes and issues

• Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions

Logistics Analyst – 2nd Shift

• Maintain Kronos time records for direct reports; attend and audit new hire classes and follow up with department supervisors on customer satisfaction
• Handle Quality Management System (QMS) floor training using Floor Training Tracker
• Conduct needs assessments with department supervisors; evaluate training materials, recommend improvements and serve as a training instructor when necessary
• Generate special reports from the Employee Training Database and timekeeping system
• Organize and execute a process for maintaining, filing and storing all training records; enter paper records into electronic format in the database to ensure compliance in the Records Retention Matrix
• Energize the QMS training process by generating and distributing required training rosters and sign-off sheets, ensuring compliance with QMS training requirements
• Organize and maintain the supporting organizational structure in the Employee Training Database (employees, roles and associated QMS training requirements) to reflect the quality training requirements of the organization

• Lead stock and inventory activity across your shift, ensuring accuracy, flow and operational efficiency
• Manage and support ICQA Leads, providing clear direction, coaching and performance feedback
• Oversee cycle counts, stock investigations and audits, resolving discrepancies and driving root-cause actions
• Monitor shift performance against KPIs, reporting results and implementing improvements
• Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with procedures and safe systems of work

Payroll

• Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll queries, policies, and systems to managers and colleagues
• Process payroll data accurately and on time, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Monitor and track payroll activities, proactively resolving issues before they impact deadlines
• Support key activities such as end-of-year reporting, pay reviews, and HRIS updates

Payroll Management Partner

Administration

• Monitor delivery and driver performance and escalating to transport teams accordingly
• Communicate with the GXO Clicklink transport network to obtain regular updates and information to support customer service resolution
• Entering data and submitting performance report to clients
• Ensure documentation is dealt with, including driver manifests
• Provide effective shift handovers, ensuring they are accurate to maintain performance across shifts
• Prioritise and process customer requests submitted by phone and/or e-mail

Transportation Administrator

• Work alongside the Compliance Manager and assist in the administration of a large fleet of LGV Vehicles
• Ensure vehicles have a valid road fund licence.
• Ensure vehicle O-licence disks are displayed in accordance with legal requirements
• Ensure documentation is kept up to date, accessible and in good order in line with current legislation and guidelines
• Manage fleet compliance and raise defect issues
• Help to promote a culture of vehicle accident reporting.

• Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
