HR Administrator – Part-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support employee relations processes, including note-taking for meetings and preparing documentation
- Manage HR administration such as absence, attendance and right-to-work records
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers and colleagues
- Support engagement activities, reporting requirements and general HR administration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support a range of HR activities
