About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead stock and inventory activity across your shift, ensuring accuracy, flow and operational efficiency
Manage and support ICQA Leads, providing clear direction, coaching and performance feedback
Oversee cycle counts, stock investigations and audits, resolving discrepancies and driving root-cause actions
Monitor shift performance against KPIs, reporting results and implementing improvements
Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with procedures and safe systems of work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a stock, inventory or warehouse management role within a high-volume operation
Strong people-management skills with the ability to lead and develop teams
Solid understanding of inventory control, audits and stock accuracy processes
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Confident communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
