Support the implementation of international student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets in Indonesia
Provide accurate program advice on undergraduate, postgraduate, pathways and non-qualifying programs across UNSW
Lead the Indonesia-wide approach to one priority recruitment channel in consultation with stakeholders
Contribute to development and implementation of student recruitment sales and marketing plans for the region
Drive performance across partner recruitment networks to manage and meet recruitment targets
Ensure advice to international future students is compliant with ESOS and the national code and escalate complex issues
Effectively utilise the UNSW CRM to enter, store and leverage future student information to maximise recruitment and conversion
Guide direct applicants, education agents and sponsors through application stages and liaise with Faculty Student Centres and admissions teams
Monitor enrolment trends and report on all phases of the recruitment process
Contribute to onboarding of new agents/sponsors, handle enquiries, and manage agent commission payments within the region
Support market and channel diversification strategies by building relationships with schools, articulation partners, sponsors, government and industry bodies
Represent UNSW professionally, articulate the value of the UNSW brand, and demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity
Attend recruitment and outreach activities, seminars, conferences, meetings and training events
Work collaboratively within the wider university community on international sales, marketing and recruitment projects
Align with and actively demonstrate the UNSW Values in Action and comply with health and safety policies
Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training, and international student recruitment experience
Prior experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience operating in a CRM environment
Highly developed customer service skills and an innovative approach to go the extra mile
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and productively as an effective team member to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with students, staff, and external stakeholders
Understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values, and relevant policies and guidelines
Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training
Must be based in Jakarta OR Surabaya, Indonesia
