About the role
- Participate in a 10-week paid summer sales internship program with hands-on training and mentorship
- Trained on Fisher’s sales approach prioritizing understanding client financial goals
- Access sales and financial training classes, sales teams and top-level salespeople
- Process lead requests within CRM and work with multiple departments
- Communicate Fisher’s value proposition to high-net-worth investors using warm leads
- Engage with fellow interns through projects and competitions
- Participate in professional development programming and networking with firm leaders
- Develop competencies for future opportunities across full cycle sales, service, or operations positions within the firm
Requirements
- Attending an accredited university graduating between December 2026 and August 2027
- No prior sales experience or industry knowledge required
- Ability to relocate and attend in person for 10 weeks at Fisher Investment in Camas, WA; Plano, TX, or Tampa, FL
- Proven track record of success setting and achieving both personal and professional goals
- Interest in educating prospective clients on the benefits of our unique approach
- Experience using compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others
- You're excited about developing sales skills
