About the role

  • Design, implement and maintain integrations between HubSpot and platforms like Intercom, Vitally, Posthog and Zapier
  • Set up workflows and data syncs to keep customer data accurate and up to date
  • Document integrations and workflows for maintainability
  • Own the setup, optimisation and governance of HubSpot across the full customer lifecycle
  • Maintain data hygiene and run processes to validate and enrich data
  • Align lifecycle stages and funnel definitions across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
  • Manage attribution, tracking and reporting processes
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the entire funnel, including conversion rates, pipeline health and churn risk
  • Provide monthly reporting and insights to leadership, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
  • Use SQL or BI tools for deeper analysis when required
  • Train and support team members in HubSpot and connected tools
  • Document best practices and maintain clear operating procedures
  • Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve CRM performance
  • Own HubSpot CRM, manage data quality and workflows, and ensure integrations and tools are reliable

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a CRM, RevOps, Marketing Ops or Sales Ops role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong proficiency in CRM architecture including workflows, reports and custom properties
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs or middleware
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Segment, Salesforce, Zapier, Workato or Marketo
  • SQL knowledge and experience with BI or analytics tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market processes across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
  • Experience with lifecycle management, attribution and revenue reporting
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
  • Clear communicator able to work with technical and commercial teams
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
  • Asia-Pacific-based preferred, ideally within ±3 hours of Perth, WA timezone
