About the role

  • Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound merchant leads and guiding them through onboarding
  • Contact inbound leads via CRM and assess readiness for onboarding
  • Collect and verify required merchant documents (CR, trade license, IBAN certificate, etc.)
  • Support merchants through the contract signing process
  • Assist in gathering product details, images, logos, and business information
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates within the CRM system
  • Follow up to ensure merchants go live on the app within the set SLA
  • Meet individual KPIs for the number of onboarded brands and response rate
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as PSC and Content to ensure smooth handover

Requirements

  • Experience in inbound sales or lead qualification
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to collect and verify merchant documents (CR, trade license, IBAN certificate)
  • Experience in supporting contract signing process
  • Ability to gather product details, images, logos, and business information
  • Ability to meet KPIs and SLA targets
  • Collaboration with internal teams (PSC and Content)
  • Willingness to be based in Jordan (remote role)
