About the role

  • SDR role to set up appointments for BDMs to start the sales process; inbound leads with a smaller outbound element
  • Master in calling; 60-80 calls per day; use CRM to manage opportunities and accounts

  • Role based in home country in ASEAN; remote work; client is B2B IT SaaS

Requirements

  • Japanese language proficiency at business level (N2) for calls to Japan-based prospects
  • English as a second language; high proficiency required
  • 1-5 years minimum in B2B sales
  • B2B IT SaaS experience preferred
  • outbound sales and social selling experience
  • Master in CALLING; 60-80 calls per day
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce/ ZoomInfo) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent communication with senior-level executives; high energy and positive attitude
  • Degree qualified or equivalent; bachelor degree recommended
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and sales cycle understanding
