About the role

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and product demos.
  • Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including participating in "call jacking" sessions and attending meetings that may occur outside of standard working hours, particularly during the onboarding period.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with a diverse audience.
  • Previous sales experience with a background in the ERP or Accounts Payable space is an asset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale up environment.
  • Experience carrying and exceeding KPI’s and targets.
  • A love and desire for engaging with new people.
  • Able to work independently and is self-motivated.
  • Coachable and growth orientated.
  • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and scale-up spirit.
