About the role
- Reports to: Manager, Sales Development
- Identify potential net-new accounts and engage qualified accounts to convert them into meetings for the Account Executive sales team
- Execute outbound cold calling and handle inbound opportunities to generate leads
- Share Huntress value proposition and answer prospect questions in a timely manner
- Generate and qualify leads, make outbound calls, and follow up to book meetings
- Engage MSPs through phone, email, and other channels to understand challenges and identify solutions
- Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
- Conduct a high volume of calls and activities to book qualified meetings for the AE team
- Maintain CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date
- Operate autonomously and contribute to improving process, training, and use of technology
Requirements
- Enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, collaborative, and competitive environment
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls (50+ calls/day)
- Strong communicator with good active listening skills
- Passionate about helping others and solving problems through product offerings
- Team player, willing to share knowledge as necessary
- Coachable and eager for continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, asking for help early as needed
- Experience with outbound cold calling and handling inbound opportunities
- Maintain good CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date
- Fully remote work
