About the role

  • Reports to: Manager, Sales Development
  • Identify potential net-new accounts and engage qualified accounts to convert them into meetings for the Account Executive sales team
  • Execute outbound cold calling and handle inbound opportunities to generate leads
  • Share Huntress value proposition and answer prospect questions in a timely manner
  • Generate and qualify leads, make outbound calls, and follow up to book meetings
  • Engage MSPs through phone, email, and other channels to understand challenges and identify solutions
  • Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Conduct a high volume of calls and activities to book qualified meetings for the AE team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date
  • Operate autonomously and contribute to improving process, training, and use of technology

Requirements

  • Enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, collaborative, and competitive environment
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls (50+ calls/day)
  • Strong communicator with good active listening skills
  • Passionate about helping others and solving problems through product offerings
  • Team player, willing to share knowledge as necessary
  • Coachable and eager for continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, asking for help early as needed
  • Experience with outbound cold calling and handling inbound opportunities
  • Maintain good CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date
