About the role

  • Identify, research, and qualify on a volume of warm leads from a range of potential opportunities.
  • Execute outbound campaigns for warm leads using a mix of calls, emails, social selling, and product-led signals to qualify opportunities.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, manage and optimize sales pipelines, and consistently meet targets for qualified leads generated.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to streamline sales strategies and market positioning.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, or sales development role, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or related fields (not essential but preferred).
  • Proven success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing high-volume outreach campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly build rapport and articulate the value of Heidi’s AI-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of accountability.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited about professional growth opportunities.
