• Drive end-to-end delivery of climate projects (GHG, LCA, SBTi, CSRD, etc.)
• Act as a trusted advisor and help clients understand actionable next steps—not just their footprint

Climate Consultant – Project Manager, Sustainability Engineer

• Work closely with the CRM Manager: map and define CRM journeys for our incoming leads and customers, identifying the right moments to deliver relevant, personalized content
• Build and manage end-to-end email campaigns: create and maintain automated workflows (onboarding flows, nurturing sequences, triggered emails) in collaboration with RevOps and the product team
• Run A/B tests from hypothesis through analysis, and translate findings into concrete improvements
• Monitor campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate) and produce regular performance reports
• Identify opportunities to convert ad-hoc campaigns into scalable automated workflows

CRM & Delivery Internship/Apprenticeship

• Map and define CRM journeys for our inbound leads and customers, identifying the right moments to deliver relevant, personalized content
• Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to improve our sequences, campaigns, and overall CRM approach
• Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end
• Create and maintain automated workflows (onboarding flows, nurturing sequences, triggered emails) in collaboration with RevOps and the Product team
