About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive end-to-end delivery of climate projects (GHG, LCA, SBTi, CSRD, etc.)
Act as a trusted advisor and help clients understand actionable next steps—not just their footprint
Lead client meetings (kick-offs, methodology reviews, results presentations) in French and English
Conduct data collection, consistency checks, and methodological analysis
Translate technical outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations
Provide feedback to our Product team to improve processes and tools
Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder clients with confidence
Deliver high-quality GHG, LCA, SBTi, and CSRD-related projects on time

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, sustainability, climate/energy, engineering, or other data-driven roles
Very comfortable with numbers, assumptions, and calculations
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Clear and confident communicator, able to simplify complex topics for non-experts
Assertive and comfortable pushing back when necessary (scope, delays, data quality)
Resilient and adaptable to fast-moving environments, evolving products, and multiple priorities
Curious about climate regulation and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol, SBTi, CSRD, etc.)
Bilingual in French and English (C1 level or equivalent) — both written and spoken
