About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparing client decks and reporting documents
Supporting Account Managers on commercial proposals and renewals
Following up on unresponsive deals and tracking the renewal pipeline
Updating CRM data (HubSpot) and ensuring excellent data hygiene
Creating email templates, slides, dashboards, and quotes
Assisting with competitive research and internal process improvements
Contributing to team meetings and ad-hoc operational tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical, organizational, and sales skills
High attention to detail and rigor in execution
Clear communication and ability to structure information effectively
Initiative and reliable follow-through on responsibilities
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy collaborating and supporting cross-team workstreams
Fluent in French and English
Interest in climate, SaaS, or operations
Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a strong plus)
Basic knowledge of reporting and data organization methods
